Let us put your mind at ease with our Complete Care Program designed to care for your HVAC system and repair most routine situations as noted below. This package includes complete maintenance visits twice per year.
Parts Coverage:
Replacement parts as needed to maintain equipment in proper working order, to include:
Condenser fan motor , Oil Burner Motor, Blower Motor, Pilot burner, Hi & Lo pressure
control, Thermostat base, Blower shaft & wheel, Thermocouple, Expansion Valve, Start
devices, Gas valve, Safety's, Relays, Restart delay controls, Reversing Valve, Belts,
Contractors, Blower motor, Transformer, Oil Nozzles, Refrigerant R22 or 410A,Thermostat,
Electrical controls, Igniters, Overloads, Blower bearings, Pilot safety
Labor Coverage:
To include all labor required to keep the air conditioning and heating equipment in proper
working order and to perform emergency repairs.
Parts & Labor Limitations:
Compressors, heat exchangers, condenser and evaporator coils are covered fully under
labor contract. Parts limited to manufacturers warranty and availability. Charge will apply
for parts outside of warranty period.
Preventive Maintenance:
Includes maintenance service two times during the contract period for plans covering heat
& air conditioning or service once a year if your contract is for furnace only or air conditioning
only as follows:
Spring Service Check:
Install gauges and check operating pressures, Check all wiring and connections, Check
voltage and amperage to all motors, Clean air ,Check air temperature drop across evaporator,
Check for adequate refrigerant charge, Check starting contractors, Look for any visible
signs of leaks, Clean condenser coil, if needed, Oil motors if needed, Check and adjust
thermostat, Check belts and adjust tension, if needed, Check air temperature across
condenser, Check pressure switch cutout settings, Check that condensate drain is open,
Check Reversing valves, Check electrical lockout circuits, Check/Clean Disconnect
Fall Service Check:
Check and adjust thermostat, Clean or Change filters,** Check and adjust safety controls,
Check for loose wires, Turn exposed dampers to heat if needed, Clean burners, Inspect
heat exchanger., Check flue pipe, Clean and adjust pilot assembly ,Check crankcase heater,
Adjust burner for efficiency, Check drains, Oil motors if needed, Adjust pressure regulator,
Check for gas leaks in furnace, Check thermocouple, Check/Clean disconnect, Check
reversing valves. Any unfavorable conditions will be noted and our Technician will discuss
any recommendations for corrective measures with you.
Filter Maintenance:
**We will include filter changes two times per year to correspond with our spring/fall service check.
Filters to be supplied by the customer.
Complete Care Credits:
For each consecutive year that you are enrolled in our Complete Care Program you will
earn $50 in Loyalty Credits per system, up to a total of $500 credit per system. You can
use these credits towards equipment purchases from us as follows:
Furnace & Coil - $300 maximum
Central Air System (condenser & coil) - $300 maximum
Heat Pump complete system - $500 maximum
Exclusions Under This Agreement:
Any Type of Filters, water panels or humidifier pads. (can be supplied at an additional
cost) Repair, Modification or Cleaning of Air Duct & Diffusers. Repair or Replacement
of Water, Oil, Steam, or Gas Piping. Replacement or repair of Oil Tanks or draining
thereof. Replacement of Expansion Tanks, Flow Center, Flow Control Valves or Fill
Valves. Water External Oil or Condensate Pumps. Replacement of Steam Traps of
Radiators. Power Wiring or Disconnects outside equipment cabinets. Failure of Customer
to Act Upon Recommendations Made by us which Result in Damages. Thermostats or
Thermostat Guards Damaged by Abuse. Repairs resulting from an Act of God. Geothermal
outside loop. Power Venter (out of warranty)
Terms & Conditions of Contractual Agreement:
Equipment is subject to inspection & approval by A-Quality prior to enrollment in the
Complete Care Program. Any repairs needed to return equipment to proper operating
condition are excluded and will be subject to applicable charges.The Customer Care
program is an annual program and is not pro-rated. No refunds will be made if canceled
by the customer prior to the expiration date. This plan is transferable to a new homeowner
should the home be sold during the term of the agreement. The terms of this agreement
are null & void if a technician other then A-Quality performs work on any of the equipment
This plan includes repair & replacement of parts as listed above that are defective due
to ordinary use or wear and tear based on the discretion of A-Quality.
This plan includes emergency service defined as no heat, serious leaks or a dangerous
environment. All other service will be performed during normal working hours, Monday
- Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm. It is the responsibility of the customer to call to schedule an
appointment for service or maintenance. A-Quality is not responsible if maintenance
is not performed due to unavailability of customer to schedule this service. Complete
Care service will only be provided to customers with current accounts. Plan is null and
void if account becomes 60 days overdue. It is agreed that in order for us to perform
our obligations, we shall be free to start and stop the equipment for reasonable periods.
It is agreed that customer will provide means of access to the equipment at all times.
It is agreed that A-Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. will not be held liable for
the operation of the equipment or for injuries to persons or damages to property, except
those directly related to negligent acts or omissions of our employees. And, in no event,
shall we be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
It is agreed that A-Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. shall not be liable for any
loss, damage or delay caused by improper use, violent acts of god, government
regulations, codes or insurance company requirements, difficulties with workman, fire,
or for any reason beyond our control, nor will A-Quality reimburse any utility money for any reason what so ever.
It is agreed that any alterations, additions, adjustments to repairs made by others, unless
authorized by us will release and terminate all obligations of seller.
Prices are per system for the period of one year: Total cost to be paid in full with signed
agreement. We accept cash/check/visa/master card/discover.
