Same Faces, New Places...

A Quality has recently had some position changes and we want to take a moment to highlight what is going on in A Quality land… recently we have shifted some personnel internally to better suit our customers. We are excited to begin 2012 with our team staffed in positions that we feel best suits them and most importantly our customers!

Jeff Boyer – Jeff has been an A Quality employee for over 4 years and has been a major component to our success. He was most recently our service manager, taking care of the entire service department daily. While Jeff did a fantastic job with organizing the procedures and processes of the service department his heart was always longing to be back in the install field where his HVAC roots were first planted. Jeff is now back in charge of the installation department… his knowledge, experience and organizational skills are a major benefit to this department and make A Quality stronger every day!

Mike Marcell – Mike has been a loyal A Quality employee for a whopping 10 years! Throughout Mike’s career he has wore many hats. Service has always been Mike’s main focus; not to say he hasn’t done his fair share of installs throughout his tenure. Mike is a true HVAC guru and can more times than not troubleshoot a problem over the phone. Mike’s extensive knowledge of all things HVAC make his role as service manager a true fit for him and A Quality.

Sean Connors - Sean has been with A Quality for over 7 years… Growing up around the HVAC business makes Sean a huge asset to our customers. Sean started off as an installer’s helper, assisting in both new construction installs and residential. Sean was a fast learner and became a lead installing tech very quickly. Throughout Sean’s installation career he became a go to guy when it came to any atypical installs; Sean’s knowledge and attention to detail allowed him to get through any project. He then moved into the new construction coordinators role where he passed his install expertise onto the installation department. Dealing with builders and homeowners alike make Sean’s new role as Comfort Consultant a win, win for him and A Quality. His knowledge of both equipment and install components helps him meet all customers’ needs. If you need a new HVAC system Sean will be the man to get you squared away!

2012 is starting out to be a great year; we are truly blessed to have a super staff in place moving forward. We all strive daily to become the area’s most trusted heating and air conditioning company, and hope our customers get a chance to experience this in 2012.
